Drip, Drip Drop

7th grade really WOWed me with this project.  I gave them the tools of how to 2-perspective boxes, and I also showed them how to change a box creating holes or a wedge.  We talked about liquid and how it falls and then I stepped back.  WOW!!! These kids all engineered a different, unique image.   I'm so excited to see the end resort.

Update:  This project was published in SchoolArts Magazine July/Aug 2014.

  1. Very cool! Fantastic, fun way to really demonstrate understanding of perspective. Reminds me of the Sugar Sugar online game at http://www.mathplayground.com/logic_sugarsugar.html - check it out!
