YAM Art Show

This weekend is FULL of Art Shows.  YAM (Youth Art Month) is kicking off the month with an art opening at the Hopkins Arts Center.  This facility is beautiful!  Every visual art teacher in Minnesota has the opportunity to enter two works of student artwork.  This year I choose...

...Victoria Nelson for her Continuous Line Owl and...

Tegan Woosley, for her Metal Bug

All the artist will be recognized at an art opening this Sunday, March 1st at the Hopkins Center for the Arts.  The opening is from 1pm-2:30.

If you are looking for an art show to attend on Sat., Keep in mind that the Arts Alliance of Elk River is celebrating the students of ISD 728 in an art show.  That opening is Sat., Feb. 28th (more details seen here)
