Mrs. Loidolt inspired the 2nd grade to create some GREAT narratives. This tied in wonderfully with the drawings of people that we just got done working on. Amanda explained to the kids all about what a narrative is: "A picture telling a story without words."
She gave examples of narratives by Carmon Lomez Garza and Grandma Moses. They kids were asked to draw a non-fictional narrative of something they had experienced. These pictures turned out really sweet and Amanda did a great job!
