February 25: Quote #Crush
Goal or Soul has always been my quote. It still remains. I will say, I fail to use this motto once and a while. When asked to do a task, or attend an event, I try to ask myself, "Does this reach a goal? or Does it feed my soul?" If the answer is no... then that is my answer to the request. Lately, I forget to ask myself this, and when I forget I will say yes to everything. I get overwhelmed and stretched thin. I usually have a good conversation with my husband who helps me prioritize again. We, as a team, hold this quote close to our hearts.
