Once and a while art teachers cheat too:) I wanted to try out the recently process that I was having mys students do with their watercolors. The drawing of the image was not what I was focusing on.... So I cheated a bit. Using my doc cam I projected a picture of my daughter on my smartboard, taped a paper to the surface and traced the contour lines before painting. I don't like to do this often, but when you just need a quick sketch... it works out well. Can't wait to share with you the final project soon.
