I have been working with my 2nd grade on figure drawing. It has been a blast! It has been fun to watch the growth in this process. One thing thing that I made for each of the kiddo's is a sketch book with the title, "My Totally Awesome Book of People". I have been using this as a pre assessment and to show growth throughout this unit.
I asked my kids to help me introduce the manikin to my 2nd graders. Feel free to use it in your class if you would like.
