Become a Fine Artist: Sculpture

One option this week as you are exploring being a Fine Artist is to become a Sculptor. Sculpture is a work of art that is made by shaping or carving or by putting something together... well... I think this video might be able to explain what sculpture is a lot better.  Here watch this...

I'm going to give you some options of becoming a sculpture by creating a dinosaur. Here is one of my favorites! This lesson was created by Mark Rode, a teacher in the Anoka School Districts. Here's a link to his lesson, Click Here.

Here is another great Art Teacher from Nashville named Cassie Stephens. She is spectacular and I'm going to warn ya... If you visit her YouTube Channel you might get lost in all the amazing lessons she has. This is another way to create a dinosaur sculpture by Cassie Stephens

Here is another great option for the Dino Sculpture. You can see a lot more examples of how to make this by looking a the blog it came from, The Everyday (Pteranodon). It looks like this one would be fun to make as well.

What else could you use to make a dinosaur sculpture??? Cardboard? Play-dough? Paper? Tape?  Have fun becoming a Sculptor!
